With every £1 you spend on our delectable dishes through any digital ordering channel, you’ll earn points! That means orders made via click and collect, and at our kiosks all contribute to your points balance.

Keep tabs on your progress with visual point tracking right from your account during digital ordering. Watch your points grow as you indulge in our mouthwatering offerings.

Once you’ve accumulated enough points, it’s time to treat yourself.

Make sure you add the item that you want to be your reward to your basket first, when checking out you can then click the reward to be free.

FAQs

  • Look for the QR code scan option at the top right of the kiosk screen. Click on it.

    The iPad camera will activate, allowing you to scan the QR code from your phone (linked to your account), or you can manually enter your member code by clicking on the white button on the right.

    Once scanned or entered, you will be logged in briefly on the kiosk. Your order will start accumulating points, and if you have any points available, they will be visible at the checkout. You don't need to log out or take any extra actions; your account will remain connected only for a few seconds or until you finish your order.

  • you just have to create an account via https://thevurgerco.vmos.io/account/auth/register and you will receive an email confirmation that you have earned 25points. Make sure you add your free skin on fries to the basket to earn the reward when placing your order.

  • If you already have an account with us congrats! That means you’re automatically signed up for our loyalty scheme. Check your rewards page to see how many points you have earned.

  • Only brand new accounts and clients can get the free 25 points and earn free fries. But stay tuned there’s always something happening in The Vurger Club :)

  • This is a brand new reward scheme so unfortunately your stamp card wont be valid anymore unless you have a reward to claim.

  • We've been testing our new Loyalty reward for a couple of weeks, and due to technical issues, some of you haven't been able to use your points or earn some. If that’s your case, please fill in this form, and we will look into your details and give you the well-deserved points you've earned. Your rewards will accumulate, and you can use them on your next visit to The Vurger Co. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
