  • CHORIZO NO-DUJA VURGER

    We couldn't do Veganuary without a Vurger, so we turned our tofu chorizo into a brand new smoky patty and paired it with the same truffle mayo and vegan nduja. Topped with a hash brown, pickled onions, crispy onions, this really is the ultimate Veganuary stack.

  • TRUFFLE CHORIZO FRIES

    Bringing you the very same tofu 'chorizo' recipe in our book to life in our restaurants, and pairing it with our OG truffle mac n cheese sauce, was a no brainer for us. Layered over crispy crinkle fries, brand new truffle mayo and umami onions for the perfect side that you'll never want to end.

  • WHITE CHOC + RASPBERRY COOKIE SHAKE

    The most popular dessert recipe in our book had to be turned into a shake...layers of creamy vanilla milkshake swirled with white chocolate syrup, biscuit pieces and raspberries.
